3 identical vacation houses with common pool area, for 4-6 persons each

Spend a calm family vacation in one of these cosy holiday houses, which are also ideal for 2 or 3 friend families, which would like to spend their vacation together however in separate houses.

On a separate plot of land beside the houses is the nice pool plant for these 3 houses with a pool approx. 5 x 10 m, sun terraces, couches, sun screens and a shower.
Everyone of the 3 small freely standing holiday houses has own garden, a covered terrace and a balcony.

In the ground floor are: Living room, completely equipped kitchen with table, 1 double bedroom, 1 bath, a storage chamber.
In the upper floor there is a second double bedroom, a second bath and a single bedroom, where could be ordered another auxiliary bed for a child.

Each holiday house is well equipped, among other things with air conditioning system in the two double bedrooms and in the living room, dishwasher, washing machine, Sat Tv, Rado CD player, Safe, garden grill, sun couches….

The proximity to the kilometer long natural beach Sa Rapita - Es Trenc with Caribbean blue water (only approx. 3 km) makes your vacation perfectly.

Prices depending on seasons - with up to 4 persons - 90 to 135 euros per day. The final cleaning amounts to 95 €

The situation The new house with its cosy furnishing and its beautifully arranged exterior installations invites you in to spend a calm vacation in maintained atmosphere. We furnished our holiday house with love, so that you can feel well during your vacation. Enjoy your vacation by a barbecue evening with your family on the covered terrace or at the generous pool area on a separate plot of land near to the house. The environment is child friendly by its traffic-poor streets (only owner traffic). The beach of Sa Rapita - Est Trenc with its dunes is under nature protection and is situated only about 3 kilometers from the house. Many little streets in the south of the island Majorca (between Llucmajor, area Cala Pi, Ses Salines, Campos) were converted to a very well cycle track net. On these traffic-poor ways there is a speed limit on 40 kmh for Pkw' s, so that one can enjoy safely the landscape there. In approx. 30 minutes you arrive by car the city center of Palma de Majorca and in approximately 20 minutes you can got to the airport. In only 17 km or 15 minutes by car you reach the Marriott' s Golf Course " Son Antem".
Purchase possibilities The calm village Sa Rápita without hotels is situated about 1.5 km from the house and offers with its different smaller supermarkets, the pharmacy, the newspaper shop, a baker's shop and a bank office an all-season basic care. Very good purchase possibilities with large supermarkets, specialist shops and weekly markets offer Campos (approx. 10 km) and Llucmajor (approx. 15 km) You can order your breakfast bred by telephone or on-line and „Perfect morning“ brings it every morning to your house at moderate market prices. In the village and in the environment of Sa Rápita there are several, quite good restaurants with fresh fish, local and international cuisine and gastro-culture. During the summer time a pizza service brings your Pizza to your holiday house or to the pool.
The pool area Our very nice pool area for only 3 houses lies on a separate plot of land near to the house. Even for smaller children the pool in Roman form is very well accessible by its semicircular, bricked stairs. There is sun screens, couches and also a shower…
The living room has a cosy corner with sofa, 2 armchairs and couch table. There also is a Radio/CD player as a television by satellite. There is an air conditioning system for refreshing in summer and to heat the house in the winter time.
The dining corner with large table and 4 chairs is ist situated in the kitchen, in front of the kitchen line. On the covered terrace before the living room there is another second table with chairs.
Modern kitchen In the kitchen you find a coffee machine, a toaster, a Ceran field, a large refrigerator with a separate freezer, a microwave oven with grill function as well as a dishwasher and table-ware for 6 persons. The fronts of the kitchen are from pine tree wood.
3 bed rooms The house has 2 bedrooms, one in the ground floor and the other one in the upper floor. There are also 2 bathrooms, one in each floor. Both bedrooms are equipped with large built-in cabinets and air conditioning system. The bedrooms have 2 single beds (80 x 190 cm. There is another single bed room (bed 90 x 200 cm), where it is able to put another bed for a childd. It is enough bedlinen available, also for changing during your stay
2 bath rooms There is a bath in the ground floor and second one in the upper floor. The two bathrooms are identical and have in each case a large bricked shower (approx. 150 cm x 80 cm), a WC and a washstand with marble file. There are enough towels in the house.
In addition there is a small storage chamber with a washing machine, an ironing board and an iron. The house also has a safe, In the private garden there are garden grill and sun couches. On the covered terrace before the living room there are another table and 4 chairs
