The house lies in a settlement with a very large community pool plant.
The pool with approx. 32 x 12 m has a deep part for swimmers and a defined part for infants and non swimmers. On the pool area there are sun couches, sun screens and also a shower.

The holiday house is furnished with love for the detail and has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, a gallery with a bed sofa, a completely equipped kitchen, an living and dining room, a covered terrace and a large roof terrace. Available among other things are air condition in the living room and in the 2 bed rooms, dishwasher, washing machine, Sat Tv, radio and cd player, Safe, garden grill, sun couches….

The proximity (only approx. 3 km) to the very long beach Sa Rapita-EsTrenc with Caribbean blue water makes the vacation perfectly.

Prices depending upon season - when allocation with up to 4 persons - 90 to 135 euros per day. The final cleaning amounts to 95 €

The environment The holiday house is situated in a small settlement called El Paraiso, about 1,5 km outside of the little village Sa Rápita. The plant consists of several groups of terraced houses, used by its different owners partially as domicile, mostly however as vacation residence. The environment is child friendly by its traffic-poor streets (only owner traffic). The beach of Sa Rapita and Es Trenc with its dunes stands under nature protection and it is situated only about 3 km from the house. Many little streets in the south of the island Mallorca (between Llucmajor, area Cala Pi, Ses Salines, Campos) were converted to a very well cycle track net. On these traffic-poor ways there is a speed limit on 40 kmh for cars so that one can enjoy the landscape safely. In approx. 30 minutes you will be able to arrive the city centre of Palma de Majorca by car and in approx. 20 minutes you can reach to the airport. Only 17 km or 15 minutes by car away you can find the Marriott' s Golf course " Son Antem".
Purchase possibilities The calm village Sa Rápita without hotels is situated about 1.5 km from the house and offers with its different smaller supermarkets, the pharmacy, the newspaper shop, a baker's shop and a bank office an all-season basic care. Very good purchase possibilities with large supermarkets, specialist shops and weekly markets offer Campos (approx. 10 km) and Llucmajor (approx. 15 km) You can order your breakfast bred by telephone or on-line and „Perfect morning“ brings it every morning to your house at moderate market prices. In the village and in the environment of Sa Rápita there are several, quite good restaurants with fresh fish, local and international cuisine and gastro-culture. During the summer time a pizza service brings your Pizza to your holiday house or to the pool.
The pool plant The plant consists of several groups of terraced houses, which use different owners partially as domicile, mostly however as vacation residence. In the center there is a beautiful pool plant with sun couches, chairs and tables. The pool contains a part with a depth of more than 2 meters for swimmers and a non swimmer part suitable also very well for small children. Around the swimming pool there are also sun couches, screens and chairs.
Covered terrace Have your breakfast on the covered terrace with large table and 6 chairs or enjoy your holiday evenings with a glas of wine and few to the mediterranean garden.
The living and dining room has a nice corner with sofa, armchair and couch table and a bricked shelf with radio/CD player and the television set. In front of the kichen there is a large table with 6 chairs. A combined climatic and heating system provides for refreshing coolness in the summer and warmth in the colder season.
Modern kitchen In the modern and completely equipped kitchen with granite work surface you find among other things: a coffee machine, a toaster, an electrical mix staff, an electrical egg cooker, a baking-oven, a cerium field, a large refrigerator with separate freezer, a microwave oven, a dishwasher and table-ware for 12 persons.
3 bed rooms + gallery The house possesses 3 double bedrooms (one in the ground floor and another one in the upper floor and the third one in the soutterain). All the bedrooms have large built-in cabinets, air conditioning system and double beds 160 x 200 cm In addition in the upper floor there is a gallery with a sleeping sofa. There is enough bedlinen for all sleep areas also for changing during your stay.
2 bath rooms There is a bath in the ground floor and a second one in the upper floor. The two bathrooms are almost identical and have in each case a large shower with glass door, a washstand with marble file and a WC. The baths are decorated very nice and there are sufficiently towels.
In addition there is washing machine, an ironing board and an iron In the private garden there are a garden grill and sun couches. On the partial roofed terrace before the living room there are a table and chairs.
