The environmentThe holiday house lies in the settlement Son Bielo in calm housing situation, only a few steps away from the seashore (well accessible rocks), between the two villages Sa Rápita and Estanyol.
The beach of Sa Rapita and Es Trenc with its dunes stands under nature protection and this fantastic beach is situated only about 2 km from the house. Many little streets in the south of the island Maljrca (between Llucmajor, area Cala Pi, Ses Salines, Campos) were converted to a very well cycle track net. On these traffic-poor ways there is a speed limit on 40 kmh for cars so that one can enjoy the landscape safely.
In approx. 30 minutes you will be able to arrive the city centre of Palma de Majorca by car and in approx. 20 minutes you can reach to the airport. Only 17 km or 15 minutes by car away you can find the Marriott' s Golf course " Son Antem". |

Purchase possibilitiesThe calm village Sa Rápita without hotels is situated about 1.5 km from the house and offers with its different smaller supermarkets, the pharmacy, the newspaper shop, a baker's shop and a bank office an all-season basic care. Very good purchase possibilities with large supermarkets, specialist shops and weekly markets offer Campos (approx. 10 km) and Llucmajor (approx. 15 km) You can order your breakfast bred by telephone or on-line and „Perfect morning“ brings it every morning to your house at moderate market prices. In the village and in the environment of Sa Rápita there are several, quite good restaurants with fresh fish, local and international cuisine and gastro-culture. During the summer time a pizza service brings your Pizza to your holiday house or to the pool.

Common garden with small poolThe roofed terraces of the two dwellings lie to the south west of the house. On the eastern side there is a common garden range with a small pool ( approx. 4 x 6 m). The garden with pool is be used together from the guests of the two vacation apartments. In a chamber, accessible from the outside, there is a washing machine, which can be used from the tenants of the two dwellings. |

Covered terraceEnjoy your vacation on the balcony with a wonderful sea view up to the island Cabrera and have a dream with the sailing boats on the sea.
The upper floor dwelling has a balcony with sea view. In the common garden there is a bricked garden grill.
In addition there is also an electrical grill for the balcony for the upper floor apartment. On each covered balcony there is a table with 4 chairs.

The living and dining roomEveryone of the two very nice decorated dwellings has a large cosy living room with tasteful furniture, 2 sofas with couch table and Sat Tv.
Directly in front of the open kitchen there is the round table with 4 chairs.

Modern kitchenEach of the two apartments has a modern kitchen. You can find among other things: coffee machine, toaster, cerium field, a large refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, a stove, as well as a dishwasher and table-ware.
The kitchen in the ground floor has a bright wood front with high-grade steel details. The fronts of the kitchen in the upper floor are light blue and grey. The electrical appliances are also made of high-grade steel.
From the kitchen there is a door to the considered balcony.

Each dwelling has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths.
One of the bedrooms is equipped with 2 single beds 80x190 cm (arranged to a double bed), the 2nd bedroom has a double bed with 150 x 190 cm IIn each of the bedrooms there is a large built-in cabinet. |

Each of the two dwellings has 2 baths. One of the baths is accessible from the corridor and has a bath tub, a washstand with mirror, a shelf with towels, a WC and a Bidet. The second bathroom is to be entered by one of the two bedrooms and has a rounded shower, a washstand with mirrors, WC and a shelf for towels.

Accessible from the outside, there is a chamber with washing machine, usable for both dwellings.
Each vacation home is equipped with an oil central heating. The entrance from the ground-floor dwelling is from the covered terrace.
The upper floor dwelling has its separate entrance over its house door and stairs which lead to a door in the 1st floor.
