Casa Yolanda, a nice vacation house, ideal for families with children, sitated about 1,5 Km from the vilage Sa Rápita and only about 3 Km from the Es Trenc beach.

In the ground floor, there is the large rounded living room with Sofa and Sat-TV and a separate dining area. The fully equipped open kitchen lies near  to the dining part.

There is also a double bed room in the ground floor with an own bathroom. From the living room you go up to the first floor, into another double bed room with the second bath room en suite and access to the balconcy with view to the pine tree wood near the house.

There is an air condition sistem in the upper bed room and also in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen with wish washer and a washing machine.

Enjoy your holidays in a nice garden with grass and terraces having  BBQ with your familiy or swimm in the large community pool, situated about 50 meters from the house.
