|We have chosen for a holiday home / apartment and would like to book.
What must we do?
Please tell us which apartment and for what exact time you wish to book.
We check then whether the object is available at the desired time.
|What data do you need from us for a firm booking?
Once time and object is accorded and the booking should be fixed, we need the following information from you:
|Do we receive a leasing contract?
Once you have provided us with your data, you will receive a lease that includes both your specific data as well as our rental conditions.
|Has the rental contract be sent by post and must be signed and sent back on us?
You will receive the rental contract from us via email as a PDF file and it does not have signed to be sent back.
The contract shall be fixed automatically after we receive your first payment (30% from the rental price) due date, as stated in paragraph 2 of our Rental Conditions .
|Which payment must be made at time of reservation?
Within 7 days of booking a deposit of 30% of the rental must be made by bank transfer.
We will confirm after receiving the the money and the lease is from this point binding on both parts.
|What cancellation charges / fees are due in case of cancellation?
The cancellation fees are based on the period of the cancellation until departure

|Can I contract a travel insurance?
Even if the course no one hopes it may happen that an illness of a fellow traveller or an immediate family member, or problems at the workplace prevent the trip.
With travel insurance, you can cover the resulting for you cancellation fees.
|Where can I take out a travel insurance?
You can contract insurance for all insurance agencies that offer this product.
You can take out a travel cancellation insurance online, for example, by the ELVIA insurance, which is part of the Allianz Group.
|When has the balance to be paid?
The rest of the rental price, together with the amount for final cleaning, is payable on arrival.
The amount may be paid, either a few days before arrival or paid on arrival in cash receiving the keys from your vacation home.
|How do we get the keys to the house?
You can get directions from us to come to our house. We will then accompany you to the apartment and give you the keys personally.
|How does the check-in work during COVID times?
|We will hand over your key to you personally even during Covid times.
However, it is a must that you wear a mouth and nasal mask during check-in, as we do also.
So that check-in is quick and you don't have to wait to long, we ask you to send us photos of the identity cards (both sides) of all guests (aged 16 and over) in advance via WhatsApp or e-mail.
This enables us to prepare your registration in the police register, send it online and have the registration form ready to be signed by you doing the check-in. Please also have the amount of money for the remaining Ecotasa payment and for the deposit (if this is due) ready in cash and as appropriate as possible.
You will then receive a receipt from us together with the keys to the house and a short briefing.

|What additional measures are taken when cleaning and disinfecting the house during Covid times?

|Is there a contact person on site?
We live even in the immediate vicinity of your apartment and are there for you as a contact person.
|Are all utilities included in the rent?
|All additional costs, such as electricity, water, heating, air conditioning, use of washing machine, (if present on the object WLAN usage also) Pool use, taxes and charges, are included into the price
|How much is the Ecotasa (local tourist tax)
|The Ecotasa is 2 euros per day and adult (from the age of 16) for the first 8 nights, from the 9th night 1 euro.
From November to the end of March the Ecotasa is reduced by 50%.
Children up to and including 15 years of age are exempt from Ecotasa.

|Are towels, bed linen and towels provided?
There are enough bed linen, tea towels and towels for the apartment and also to change.
Beach towels must be brought by the tenant.
|Are beach towels included?
Beach towels must be brought by the tenant.
Alternatively, large beach towels (100 x 150 cm) can be rented at a price of 4 euros (price for whole period) on request.
Please report the number of items in advance of your arrival so we can make sure the towels for you.
Each apartment has its own washing machine, so the towels can be washed in between by the tenant.
|Are there beach toys for children?
|Beach toy for small children is available in each apartment.
|Is it possible to rent a baby cot or other baby equipment?
We provide cots for young children up to 3 years for a flat fee of 35 €.
High chair, changing mat, Maxicosi, baby rocker we provide free of charge.
Please give us advance notice to all the things you need so that we can prepare everything accordingly.
|Is it possible to rent bicycles?
In the company CicloMora you can rent well maintained bikes, trekking bikes, mountain bikes, racing bikes, electric bikes and children's bikes at good prices.
CicloMora brings the bikes for our holiday house guests free of charge to the vacation home (rental period from about one week)
You can order the bikes through our website and find an overview of the model range with prices below information - bicycle and e-bike hire.
Please specify when ordering that you stay with us so that you get the free delivery and if needed, the lender contact us to deliver the bikes at the right house.
We are happy to help with reservations if you let us know which model you want.
