Once time and object is accorded and the booking should be fixed, we need the following information from you:

• Your exact address
• Your identity card or passport number
• Your phone number
• If possibly also a mobile number
• The names and dates of birth of all travellers
  (including children)

Once you have provided us with your data, you will receive a lease that includes both your specific data as well as our rental conditions.

You will receive the rental contract from us via email as a PDF file and it does not have signed to be sent back.

The contract shall be fixed automatically after we receive your first payment (30% from the rental price) due date, as stated in paragraph 2 of our Rental Conditions .

Within 7 days of booking a deposit of 30% of the rental must be made by bank transfer.

We will confirm after receiving the the money and the lease is from this point binding on both parts.

Even if the course no one hopes it may happen that an illness of a fellow traveller or an immediate family member, or problems at the workplace prevent the trip.

With travel insurance, you can cover the resulting for you cancellation fees.

You can take out a travel cancellation insurance online, for example, by the ELVIA insurance, which is part of the Allianz Group.

The rest of the rental price, together with the amount for final cleaning, is payable on arrival.

Thorough cleaning of our holiday homes has always been important to us:
However, this is no longer enough now in Covid times.
We have therefore developed a strict cleaning and disinfection protocol, which we use with every guest change in order to ensure maximum safety for our guests and for ourselves.
Bed linen, mattress protectors, towels and tea towels are washed at a temperature of at least 60 degrees.
Of course, we also change sofa cushions and bed rugs (as always) with every guest change.
After thoroughly cleaning the house, we disinfect all contact surfaces, surfaces, switches and handles etc. with a chlorine solution, as recommended by the WHO.
After that, we also use an ozone generator. With the help of electrical energy, it generates ozone by splitting the oxygen in the room air into individual atoms and converting it into ozone compounds. Ozone is a gas that is environmentally friendly and can also disinfect hard-to-reach areas such as air conditioning ducts or fabric covers, curtains, mattresses, books, etc. and eliminate viruses, bacteria, molds and dust mites. The house must then be ventilated for about 15 minutes and is then ready for the holiday guests to move into.

We therefore ask you on your departure:
- to dispose of the garbage
-to remove th bed linen together with the mattress covers, bed rugs, all towels and tea towels, and leave them on the floor in the living room or terrace.

We live even in the immediate vicinity of your apartment and are there for you as a contact person.

There are enough bed linen, tea towels and towels for the apartment and also to change.

We provide cots for young children up to 3 years for a flat fee of 35 €.
