The house is located on the first line of the sea and has a fantastic panoramic sea view over to the island of Cabrera. You can swim on the rocky beach in front of the house or at the near sandy beach of Sa Rápita.

The semi-detached house, which was completely renovated a few years ago, is bright and modern and has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living-dining room, a covered terrace and other terraces with sun loungers and a brick garden grill. There is, among other things, air conditioning in the two south-side bedrooms and in the living room, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, satellite TV, music system with bluetooth, safe, sun loungers.....

Simply perfect: just a few steps to the kilometer-long beach of Sa Rapita (extension of Es Trenc beach) with fine white sand and transparent turquoise water.

The situation

The vacation house is located on the first line of the sea in the small town of Sa Rápita. With just a few steps you can reach the flat, white sandy beach. There is a rocky beach for swimming also right in front of the house.

The sandy beach of Sa Rapita and Es Trenc with its dunes is protected without constucctions.

Many side streets in the south of the island of Mallorca (between Llucmajor, Cala Pi area, Ses Salines, Campos) have been converted into a very well-developed network of bicycle paths. There is a speed limit of 40 kmh for cars on these low-traffic paths, so you can enjoy the landscape safely.

You can reach the city center of Palma de Mallorca in about 30 minutes by car and the airport in about 25 minutes.

It is only 17 km or 15 minutes by car to Marriott's 18-hole golf course "Son Antem".

Purchasing and Supermarkets

The small town of Sa Rápita offers basic services all year round with several small supermarkets, a pharmacy, a tobacconist and newsagent and a bakery.

Campos (approx. 10 km) and Llucmajor (approx. 15 km) offer very good shopping opportunities with large supermarkets, specialist shops and weekly markets.

In the village and in the surrounding area of Sa Rápita there are several restaurants, some of them quite good, with fresh fish, Majorcan or international cuisine, some also with inexpensive lunch menus.

Covered Terrace

Enjoy the overwhelming panoramic sea views over to the island of Cabrera from the nice covered terrace near to the living room.

There is a dining table with 6 armchairs and 4 sun loungers in the garden, as well as a brick garden grill.

The Living room

has a comfortable L-shaped couch with a coffee table, satellite TV, a music system with USB port and Bluetooth function.
You can receive some international television programs via a satellite antenna, and also Spanish channels via a digital television antenna.
A combined air conditioning and heating system ensures refreshing coolness in summer and cozy warmth in the colder seasons.

The Dining place

with a large table and 6 chairs is located directly opposite the modern kitchen.

In front of the living room there is a covered terrace with a second dining table and 6 chairs.

Modern Kitchen

In the bright, modern kitchen, in addition to plenty of dishes, you will of course also find a filter coffee machine, 2 espresso machines (Senseo for individual pods and a Nespresso capsule machine), toaster, ceramic hob, a large refrigerator with an extra freezer compartment, a microwave oven with grill function, a convection oven, as well a dishwasher.

The house has 4 double bedrooms (all 4 bedrooms are upstairs).

The two south-facing bedrooms with sea views have air conditioning and double beds 160 x 200 cm
The third bedroom, located on the north side with ceiling fan, is equipped with a double bed (single mattresses) 180 x 200 cm.
In the fourth bedroom (also located on the north side and ceiling fan) there are 2 single beds.

All 4 bedrooms have a built-in wardrobe and bedside tables, curtains and blackout shutters.
There is enough bed linen for all bedrooms (also to be changed for longer stays).

There are a total of 3 shower bathrooms in the house. The ground floor bathroom has a large shower cubicle with glass doors, a washbasin and toilet as well as a washing machine and a shelf for cleaning utensils.
The second bathroom on the upper floor has a large shower cubicle with glass doors, a washbasin, a bidet and a toilet.
The 3rd bathroom (also on the upper floor) has a corner shower, a small vanity and toilet

All bathrooms are equipped with enough towels and a hairdryer

There is an ironing board, an iron and a washing machine.
You can find also a built-in wall safe in one of the bedrooms.
The holiday house is equipped with a combined air conditioning/heating system. There are also electric radiators in the bathrooms.

The house has an alarm system with an SOS emergency call button. The cameras (only on the ground floor) are closed while holiday home guests are present.

The house has various terraces with a brick garden grill and sun loungers, as well as a covered terrace. The panoramic sea views are breathtaking.
