In this free standing holiday house (ground floor only) with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, living and diningroom, a complete kitchen, roof terrace and a covered terrace you can feel very well during your holidays. The tasteful furniture and the very good equipment do not let you miss anything.
Among other things you will find a free Internet connection by W-Lan, air conditioning system in the whole house, Sat Tv, automatic coffee machine, filtered drinking water in very good quality, dishwasher and washing machine, a garden grill and sun couches in the private garden area.
On a separate plot of land beside it lies our generous pool plant for only 7 houses . In the 8x14 m large pool you can swim extensively, 400 square meter of terraces invites you for sun bathing under palms and in the shady 50 square meter large pool house you can surf in the Internet with your laptop free of charge.
The proximity to the kilometer long natural beach Sa Rapita - Es Trenc with Caribbean blue water (only approx. 3 km) makes your vacation perfectly.
Prices depending on seasons - with up to 4 persons - 145 to 195 euros per day. The final cleaning amounts to 135 €

Purchasing and SupermarketsThe calm village Sa Rápita without hotels is situated about 1.5 km from the house and offers with its different smaller supermarkets, the pharmacy, the newspaper shop, a baker's shop and a bank office an all-season basic care. Very good purchase possibilities with large supermarkets, specialist shops and weekly markets offer Campos (approx. 10 km) and Llucmajor (approx. 15 km) In the village and in the environment of Sa Rápita there are several, quite good restaurants with fresh fish, local and international cuisine and some of thnem also an económoc daily menue. |

The Pool ereaOur generous pool area lies on a separate plot of land near to the house and offers all possibilities: |

The Living roomhas a rounded place with sofa and couch table. There also is a musik-equippment as well as a television by satellite with international programs and in addition a digital TV for spanisch ones. |

The Dining cornerwith round table and 4 chairs near to the kitchen entrance. Beside the living and dining-room is situated the covered terrace with view on the old olive tree and a second table with chairs. |

Modern KitchenIn the modern and completely equipped kitchen with granite work surface you find among other things: an automatic coffee machine from Delonghi for coffee beans, a toaster, an electrical mix staff, an electrical egg cooker, a baking-oven, a cerium field, a large refrigerator with separate freezer, a dishwasher and table-ware for 12 persons. You have also drinking water from the tap, filtered by a high quality osmosis equippment. |

2 BedroomsThe house has 2 bedrooms. Both bedrooms are equipped with large built-in cabinets and air conditioning system. The built-in cabinets are manufactured from solid teak wood. |
