The semi-detached house with private garden, covered terrace and large roof terrace consists of: living-dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a gallery with two single sofa beds, a storage room and a room with washing machine.
Our spacious pool area for just 7 houses is located on a separate plot of land next to it. You can swim extensively in the 8x14 m pool, 400 sqm of terraces invite you to sunbathe under palm trees and in the shady 50 sqm pool house you can surf the Internet for free with your laptop.
The proximity to the kilometer-long sandy beach Sa Rapita-Es Trenc with Caribbean blue water (only approx. 3,5 km) makes the holiday perfect.

Prices depending on the season and ocupacion from 110 per day + final cleaning and tourist tax.

The nice  house with its cosy furnishing and its beautifully arranged exterior installations invites you in to spend a calm vacation in nice atmosphere. We furnished our holiday house with love, so that you can feel well during your vacation.
Enjoy your vacation by a barbecue evening with your family on the covered terrace or at the generous pool area on a separate plot of land near to the house.
The environment is child friendly by its traffic-poor streets (only owner traffic).
The beach of Sa Rapita-Es Trenc with its dunes is under nature protection and is situated only about 3 kilometers from the house.
Many little streets in the south of the island Majorca (between Llucmajor, area Cala Pi, Ses Salines, Campos) were converted to a very well cycle track net. On these traffic-poor ways there is a speed limit on 40 kmh for Pkw' s, so that one can enjoy safely the landscape there.
In approx. 30 minutes you arrive by car the city center of Palma de Majorca and in approximately 20 minutes you can got to the airport.
In only 17 km or 15 minutes by car you reach the Marriott' s Golf Course " Son Antem".

Purchase possibilities

The calm village Sa Rápita without hotels is situated about 1.5 km from the house and offers with its different smaller supermarkets, the pharmacy, the newspaper shop, a baker's shop and a bank office an all-season basic care.

Very good purchase possibilities with large supermarkets, specialist shops and weekly markets offer Campos (approx. 10 km) and Llucmajor (approx. 15 km)

In the village and in the environment of Sa Rápita there are several, quite good restaurants with fresh fish, local and international cuisine and gastro-culture.

The Pool area

Our generous pool area lies on a separate plot of land near to the house and offers all possibilities:
In the large pool with approx. 8 m by 14 m and a depth of 1,10 m to 1,9 m one can swim extensively.
Even for smaller children the pool is very well accessible by its semicircular, bricked stairs in Roman form.
Approx. 400 square meter terraces with sun couches invites you to the sun bathing or to read a book under shady palms with view of the pool.
There is a 50 square meter large and shady pool house (with tables and chairs) where you also can surf in the Internet without of charge.
The pool area is accessible only for the inhabitants of total 7 houses.

The Living room

has a cozy seating area with an L-shaped sofa, armchair and coffee table. Books, board games and the television are stored on a brick shelf.
You can receive some international programs via satellite And a digital antenna provides Spanish television channels.
There is air conditioning, which ensures refreshing coolness in summer and cozy warmth in winter.

The Dining corner

with a large table and 4 chairs is located opposite the seating area and from there you have direct access to the kitchen.
There is a second dining table with chairs on the covered terrace directly in front of the living room.

Modern kitchen

In the modern and completely equipped kitchen with granite work surface you find among other things: an automatic coffee machine for coffee beans, a Senseo-machine for individual pads, a toaster, an electrical bender, an electrical egg cooker, a  convection oven, a cerium field, a large refrigerator with separate freezer, a microwave oven, a dishwasher and enough table-ware. Your drinking water from the little tap in the kitchen is filtered by a high quality osmosis equipmen t, so that you don´t have to by drinking water.

2 Bedrooms

The house has 2 bedrooms, one on the ground floor and a second one on the upper floor. Both bedrooms are equipped with large built-in wardrobes made of solid teak and air conditioning. One bedroom has a double bed measuring 160 x 200 cm and a full-length mattress. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed measuring 160 x 200 cm, with 2 single mattresses.
The comfortable beds promise a quiet, restful night.
There is enough bed linen (also to be changed for a longer stay).

On the upper floor there is also a small open gallery with 2 armchairs. The space can be used as a second small living room where you can retreat with a book or surf the Internet.
However, the two armchairs can also be converted into 2 single beds (with slatted frames and latex mattresses).
These beds are well suited to set up two additional sleeping options for children or teenagers.

2 Bathrooms

Both bathrooms have a large brick shower with tiled seat and full glass shower door, hanging toilet and vanity. Each bathroom includes a hairdryer and towels
The ground floor bathroom is accessible from the hallway and has a wooden vanity, shelves and a closet for toiletries. The bathroom on the upper floor is entered from the bedroom.
It has a rounded corner marble vanity and additional storage shelves on the wall.
The modern bathrooms have lovely tile decors and are equipped with single-lever mixers. There are electric heaters on the wall for the cooler seasons.

There is a small pantry and a storage room. This is where the safe built into the wall, the washing machine, the iron, the ironing board and also the beach toys for the little ones are housed.
In the private garden there is a brick garden grill and sun loungers. The partially covered terrace in front of the living room with another dining table and 4 chairs, is perfect for having breakfast in the morning with a view to the private garden or to enjoy a glass of wine with your family and friends in the evening.
