Aircondition and heating

Your holiday home has central air conditioning, which you can use also to heat in the cooler seasons. In each bedroom and the living-dining room there is a split that can be controlled with its own remote control. The temperature of each room can be set individually. There is a remote control in each room in a wall bracket next to the door.

IMPORTANT: However, the devices of all rooms must be running in the same mode. You cannot heat in one room at the same time as cooling is taking place in another room, otherwise the operating light will flash and indicate that the system has switched off.
Handling of the remote control:

  • Switch on and off with the red button
  • Use the two arrows to control the temperature
  • With MODE you select the mode, i.e. whether it should be cooled (flake symbol), heated (sun symbol), or dehumidified (drop symbol) In the dehumidified mode, the room air dries and cools down slightly.
  • with FAN you can control the fan speed
  • With VANE you can change the flap position (e.g. down in the bedroom)
 

Electric wall heaters in the bathroom

In each bathroom there is an electric wall heater, which can be regulated with a thermostat using a rotary switch
 

Please make sure that you keep the outside doors and windows closed when the heating or air conditioning is switched on. It is particularly important in winter to ventilate the house well every morning to remove moisture and thus prevent mold from forming.
 If you sale out from the house for a longer time, remember that the air conditioners will be returned (or camby to the deshumidification). The air in the room cools relatively quickly when you turn it on after your return
