The Els Calderers estate offers a good view into the way of life here on Mallorca in the 18th century. The roots of the historic estate go back to 1285, when it was first mentioned in a document.
The current building was built by the noble family Verí in the mid-18th century and then repeatedly expanded until the beginning of the 19th century. Visit the residential building and outbuildings with various workshops, such as the blacksmith shop with the historical tools, the bakery or the laundry with the dye shop. Typical island products (e.g. almond oil) can be tasted and bought in the small farm shop.
