The sourroundings

Here you can spend a nice holiday away from the hustle and bustle of tourists. The comfortable apartment with cozy furnishings and beautifully designed outdoor areas invites you to spend a quiet and relaxing holiday in a well-kept atmosphere.
We have furnished our holiday apartment with love so that you can feel really comfortable during your holiday here. Enjoy your vacation with a barbecue evening on the covered terrace in front of the living room or at the spacious pool area on a separate property just a few steps away.
The area is child-friendly due to its low-traffic location (only local traffic).
The sandy beaches of Sa Rapita and Es Trenc with their dune hinterland are protected and are only about 3.5 km away.
Many side streets in the south of the island of Mallorca (between Llucmajor, Cala Pi area, Ses Salines, Campos) have been converted into a very well-developed network of bicycle paths. There is a speed limit of 40 kmh for cars on these low-traffic paths, so you can enjoy the landscape safely.
You can reach the city center of Palma de Mallorca in about 30 minutes by car and the airport in about 25 minutes. It is only 17 km or 15 minutes by car to Marriott's 18-hole golf course "Son Antem".

Purchasing and Supermarkets

The calm village Sa Rápita without hotels is situated about 1.5 km from the house and offers with its different smaller supermarkets, the pharmacy, the newspaper shop, a baker's shop and a bank office an all-season basic care.

Very good purchase possibilities with large supermarkets, specialist shops and weekly markets offer Campos (approx. 10 km) and Llucmajor (approx. 15 km)

In the village and in the environment of Sa Rápita there are several, quite good restaurants with fresh fish, local and international cuisine and some of thnem also an económoc daily menue.

The Pool erea

Our generous pool area lies on a separate plot of land near to the house and offers all possibilities:
In the large pool with approx. 8 m by 14 m and a depth of 1,10 m to 1,9 m one can swim extensively.
Even for smaller children the pool is very well accessible by its semicircular, bricked stairs in Roman form.
Approx. 400 square meter terraces with sun couches invites you to the sun bathing or to read a book under shady palms with view of the pool.
There is a 50 square meter large and shady pool house (with tables and chairs) where you also can surf in the Internet without of charge.
The pool area is accessible only for the inhabitants of total 7 houses.

The Terrace

Enjoy your breakfast with the chirping of birds and a view of the greenery on the private terrace in front of the living room. Take a siesta on the sun lounger in the shade during the day or spend a cozy barbecue evening on the terrace in the evening.

The living area

has a sofa bed, a sideboard with a music system and a flat-screen TV. You can receive international programs via a satellite antenna. There is also a digital television antenna for Spanish channels.
The combined air conditioning and heating system ensures pleasant coolness in summer and cozy warmth in winter.

The Dining corner

with a table and 4 chairs is located in the immediate vicinity of the kitchenette. There is another dining table with 4 chairs on the terrace, which is directly in front of the living room.

Modern kitchen

The modern and well-equipped kitchen has a granite work surface and a stainless steel extractor hood with integrated lighting. In addition to enough dishes, you will also find an automatic coffee machine from Delonghi for coffee beans, a toaster, a ceramic hob, a large refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment, a microwave oven with grill function and also a dishwasher.

Your drinking water is filtered through a high-quality reverse osmosis system and comes directly from the small tap in the kitchen, so you don't have to buy drinking water in plastic bottles.

The entrance

The apartment has a separate entrance. The entrance door and access from the parking lot or to the pool area is totally independent from the main house.
In the entrance area, which connects the living room with the bedroom and the bathroom, there are coat hooks and a small storage shelf.

Large bedroom

The bedroom has a large, three-door wardrobe made of solid teak with enough storage space for even large holiday wardrobes. One window faces north-west. The large double bed (180 x 200 cm) is equipped with good latex mattresses and promises a pleasant night. The bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, which can also be used for heating in the cooler seasons.

Bathroom

with toilet, shower cabin with glass shower door and glass washbasin. The modern bathroom has lovely tiled decor and is equipped with everything you need.

There are enough towels available and there is also a hairdryer.

The apartment is equipped with heating and air conditioning, which ensures a pleasant living environment all year round. The 2 splits (air outlets) in the bedroom and living room can each be adjusted separately using a remote control. There is a walled-in safe for valuables.

There is ironing board, iron and a washing machine (used together with the main house) 
Wi-Fi internet in the apartment and at ythe pool area is free of charge.access.
