In this bakery you get your daily fresh bread: various baguettes or white bread, the light Majorcan bred, various dark breads, a selection of bread rolls, simple and filled croissants
and also the typical Mallorcan round brown bread (attention: this bread is baked without salt!) In addition, there are more and more modern bread creations, such as bread with nuts, with algae, a very tasty chia bread ...
In addition to a variety of sweet baked goods, you will also find the "Coca Mallorquina". And of course the Majorcan national pastries, the "Ensaimada", should not be missing, which you should definitely try. The lard is available in different sizes, simple or with different fillings.
The Majorcans eat the traditional saltless bread for snack "Pam'b oli" drizzled with olive oil and grated with garlic and Ramallet tomato. (The tasty Ramallet tomatoes, which can be preserved for months, can be bought in the supermarkets, vegetable shops and in the markets, mostly threaded, in braids.) There is also ham, cheese and olives on the table.
The "Coca Mallorquina", the Majorcan part to the Italian pizza, is topped with vegetables (light green peppers, mild vegetables and tomatoes or chard), sometimes also tuna or other types of fish are added.
